Marly Glines – Chief Manager
Marly is the owner of the company who is also in charge of all acquisition and sales transactions for the company. He also oversees the duties of the staff and has been instrumental in the design, grading and drainage of all projects since the company began in 1997. Prior to Dynamics, Marly worked for 5 years in land development and another 14 years in surveying and engineering.
Jim Brown – Director of Development
Jim works on business development and commercial sales, project scheduling, working with government entities, project feasibility & financing, and marketing. Previously Jim was the Assistant Zoning Administrator for Sherburne County and has also worked in program management and landscaping. His education includes a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from St. Cloud Sate University and a Master Degree in Urban Studies from Mankato State University.
Mitch Glines – Project Manager.
Mitch graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Community Development. Mitch is involved in managing projects, on-site inspections, environmental compliance, website development, researching industry trends, and coordinating site improvements for projects.
